Responsibilities and duties:

Managing incoming and outbound calls in a timely mannerFollowing call center "scripts" when handling different topicsIdentifying client's needs, clarify information and obtain necessary information for further processingAssist with setting new client appointmentsAssist with processing paymentsThis is not a remote position Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service role is a plus but not requiredStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listeningCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyHigh school degree or equivalent Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus but not require

The pay range for this role is:
15.50 - 17 USD per hour(Imm/Call Center Office)
