About the RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Lead Web Developer who thrives at the intersection of technical execution and team leadership. This role is ideal for someone who not only builds scalable, high-performing applications—but also mentors developers, influences architecture decisions, and partners closely with business stakeholders.

As a Lead, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our eCommerce platform, guiding a team of developers, and driving innovation across our technology stack. You’ll be deeply involved in the full software development lifecycle, while helping elevate team standards, best practices, and overall performance.
