About the Role
Eagle Labs is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our growing manufacturing operations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of recruiting, onboarding, and hands-on HR support in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
You’ll work closely with the HR Manager and leaders across the facility to help attract talent, onboard new employees, and support day-to-day HR operations. This is a high-visibility, high-accountability role where organization, follow-through, and responsiveness are key to success.
What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition (Core Focus)
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and operational roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs in a manufacturing environment
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates while maintaining a strong candidate experience
- Track recruiting activity and provide regular updates
Onboarding & Orientation
- Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation
- Ensure all new hires are properly set up for success on day one
- Assign key fobs, badges, and system access
- Maintain accurate and organized onboarding documentation and employee files
HR Operations & Administrative Support
- Maintain employee records in ADP Workforce Now
- Support employee lifecycle processes and documentation
- Handle incoming HR calls and employee inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Complete filing and ensure HR records are organized and compliant
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational HR support
Employee Support & Team Collaboration
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees, escalating more complex issues as needed
- Support a positive, team-oriented work environment on the production floor and in the office
- Partner with the HR Manager on HR initiatives, reporting, and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative experience (manufacturing or high-volume environments preferred)
- Experience supporting hourly workforce populations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable working in an on-site, hands-on environment with both office and production staff
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of reliability, accountability, and attention to detail
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
$45,000 – $55,000 annually
