The award-winning Mission Yogurt is looking for Team Members to join our team at Tocabe, at the Denver Airport! Tocabe is a Denver-based, award-winning restaurant honoring Native and Indigenous cuisine through fresh ingredients, rich traditions, and direct partnerships with tribal producers. In this role, you will greet guests, take orders, prepare menu items, and keep our space clean and welcoming. Help us create a warm, inviting environment where every guest leaves happy and energized for their day.

Pay: $18.81/hr. + TIPS*

• Previous experience as a cashier, team member, and customer service.
• Prior experience working in the back of house as a prep cook or line cook is strongly preferred.
• Upholds a professional and ethical management style and presentation.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
• Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment.
• Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.
• Must be over the age of 18 & must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.
• Must have basic food preparation skills or a willingness to learn.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent service.
• Assess work-related issues in a professional manner and exercise honest, non-biased judgment.
• Ensure safety and security of both guests and team members.
• Completes food preparation tasks following established procedures.
• Accurately handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system, making sure the drawer remains balanced throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station including equipment; adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Be an expert on the menu and prepare menu items according to customer orders, ensuring quality and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Address customer concerns and escalate to management if necessary.
• Restock supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained.
• Adhere to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices.
