Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server at Harrington Farm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service during weddings and events, working closely with our event management team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and table settings.
• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Assist with the execution of the event timeline, coordinating with kitchen staff and other team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries with a positive attitude.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Assist with the breakdown and cleanup of events, including packing up equipment and resetting rooms for the next event

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in banquet serving or a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
