Job Summary This role will report directly to our Chief Financial Officer and will primarily be responsible for consolidating, analyzing and reporting on Tanks financial results and partnering with each Controller to drive the annual operating plan and forecast. This individual plays a critical role in providing executive management an assessment of historical and forward-looking financial performance, including analysis of variances and trends, risks and opportunities, and communication of business insights. This role requires strong organization and communication skills, while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in Mound HQ.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage OneStream software to consolidate and drive monthly reporting including reconciliation of intercompany accounts and FX analysis;
- Develop analytical models to support and drive forecasting and budgeting;
- Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and other ad hoc reporting;
- Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives;
- Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), especially relating to financial metrics;
- Conduct comparable analysis as necessary in support of key business metrics and objectives and investigate unexpected variances;
- Develop, track & report meaningful financial metrics to support data driven business decisions;
- Collaborate cross functionally and build the consolidated forecasts as appropriate and annual plan;
- Organize plans, develop detail tasks and timelines and manages delivery against schedules for assigned projects.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong technology skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- OneStream or similar financial consolidation tool experience,
- Analytical skills to evaluate trends and develop financial models
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changing and growing environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to execute tasks independently and meet assigned deadlines
- Advanced understanding of chart of accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
- Possess strategic thinking and problem-solving skills and experience
Minimum Education and Experience Required
- Bachelors degree in business/finance
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Manufacturing Finance experience
- Manufacturing/assembly/ distribution background
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to make coordinated movements of the fingers for data entry on a keyboard. Ability to occasionally lift, pull/push up to 40 pounds. Corporate office environment.
