What Are We Looking For?

Lake Regional is seeking a dedicated and professional Quality & Regulatory Specialist to join our Quality Management team. Partnered with an award-winning team, you will interpret results of surveys, mock surveys, and periodic performance reviews and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement plans for corrections for identified problems. As a subject-matter expert, you will help to ensure our staff remain compliant with regulatory agencies including Federal, State, and Joint Commission. Lake Regional is looking for someone with strong analytical skills to help interpret standards and resources relevant to accreditation, while overseeing quality initiatives and performance improvement efforts. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments as a focal communication source for the department. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
