About This Position
The Client Engagement Group is seeking an Associate, Investor Relations to manage relationships with the Japan, Private Wealth, Institutional Partner distribution teams to support best in class service to investors. The Associate will interface across multiple departments to communicate time-sensitive, proprietary information to each of our partners. This person will be the main point of contact for internal and external communications regarding product-specific servicing inquiries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide best in class service to internal and external stakeholders with investor onboarding and lifecycle servicing for various CIM products.
- Support investor documentation collection (KYC/AML, agreements) in collaboration with distribution and vendors.
- Manage investor onboarding deliverables to ensure all onboarding requirements are met.
- Educate distribution team, financial professionals on operations processes for CIM Products and Vendor Platforms.
- Provide timely responses and follow-ups to internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
- Understand and manage communication for lifecycle servicing events (ie redemptions, distributions, etc) for CIM products.
- Investigate and resolve transactional inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal team and vendors to resolve investor and transactional issues.
- Speak comfortably and confidently with advisors, firms, and investors.
- Attention to detail and high level of execution when responding to servicing inquiries.
- Escalate issues to the manager as they arise.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements (FINRA/SEC as applicable).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years relevant experience in investor relations or client servicing role, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment.
- FINRA licensed (Series 7/63 or Series 99) is a plus.

- Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
- Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints in written and verbal format to a wide range of audiences.
- Ability to effectively interact with both internal and external parties on complicated topics and sensitive matters.
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Demonstrated competence with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint and Teams.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce.
Mathematical Skill Requirements:
- Ability to analyze transactions and find variances.
- Ability to comprehend general economic data and statistics.
Reasoning Skill Requirements:
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to prioritize varying requests and manage a variety of responsibilities.
