Salary/Pay Rate: $25 to $30 per hour (Based on experience).

You will serve as the technical lead for complex irrigation systems across high-end residential and commercial properties in the Front Range and Rocky Mountains. This role offers the chance to work directly with company leadership to ensure the health and sustainability of award-winning landscapes. You will have the autonomy to solve intricate hydraulic challenges while supporting a team dedicated to premium outdoor construction.
How You Will Make an ImpactExecute comprehensive irrigation start-ups and shut-downs to protect system integrity throughout the changing Colorado seasons.
Install and program advanced irrigation clocks and smart controllers to optimize water usage for large-scale properties.
Construct custom manifolds and complex delivery systems that meet the rigorous standards of high-end landscape designs.
Diagnose and resolve technical hydraulic issues on-site to maintain peak performance of intricate watering systems.
Collaborate with the landscape construction team to integrate professional irrigation solutions into new, high-end builds.
Manage equipment and material logistics to ensure all service calls are completed with precision and efficiency.
Proven expertise in residential or commercial irrigation troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
Demonstrated experience building irrigation manifolds and installing modern control systems.
Ability to work independently on large-scale properties with minimal supervision.
Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record for operating company vehicles.
Bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish to facilitate team communication.
Extensive experience with high-end, intricate landscape systems in mountainous or varied terrain.
Previous experience in landscape construction or hardscape installation.
