Laila’s Way is expanding, and we’re seeking a Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) to join our team and lead treatment services for clients across the Philadelphia area. This community-based position requires travel throughout Philadelphia County to conduct direct observations.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and oversee individualized behavior treatment plans
Conduct FBAs and ongoing assessments
Supervise and support Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs)
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Provide services across home, school, and community settings

Requirements:
Master’s degree in a related field: ABA, Education, Mental Health
Active LBS (Pennsylvania) license
Experience working with children or adolescents
Experience with Treatment Plan Writing
