You will support the Commercial Finance function by transforming traditional reporting processes into more automated, insight-driven, and forward-looking analytics.
The position plays a key role in improving forecasting accuracy, standardizing financial reporting, and enabling better business decision-making across commercial teams.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate financial data, analyze trends, and identify risks and opportunities.

- Prepare, standardize, and maintain global commercial finance reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and automation of reporting processes.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by developing improved tools and models that enhance forecast accuracy and visibility.
- Apply automation solutions to reduce manual reporting work, including the use of Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and other workflow tools.
- Leverage financial systems such as CRM, Adaptive, and ERP platforms to support revenue tracking, pipeline analysis, and financial forecasting.
- Act as a key contributor to the adoption of AI-enabled and modern analytical tools to improve reporting efficiency and insights generation.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support strategic projects across the Commercial Finance organization.
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define reporting requirements and support continuous process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced modeling and data manipulation capabilities.
- Experience with automation or reporting tools such as Power Query, Power BI, or similar solutions.
- Familiarity with financial systems such as Adaptive, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus.
- Ability to work with large datasets and translate data into meaningful business insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and proactively identifying process improvements.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience leveraging AI or modern productivity tools to streamline financial analysis is highly valued.
- Self-starter mindset with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
