Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or Technical Business Analyst roles within Agile environments
  • Strong experience owning user stories, backlog refinement, and defining detailed acceptance criteria
  • Proven experience supporting UAT, release readiness, and production go/no-go decision processes
  • Hands-on experience with configuration-driven systems, including parameters, mappings, and feature flags
  • Advanced proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, traceability, and agile delivery workflows
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience aligning cross-functional stakeholders
  • 4+ years of additional experience in Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst roles preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in insurance, mortgage, or financial services environments preferred
  • Experience with web-based applications and tools such as Helpjuice, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Fully remote work environment within the United States
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation and modernization initiatives
