Job Description

Position Description:

Are you looking for a meaningful role where your work directly contributes to safety and healing? As a Residential Services Coordinator III, you’ll serve as the Lead RSC at our site—providing mentorship and training to peers while ensuring a safe, supportive environment for the individuals we serve. This is a hands-on role where every day brings opportunities to build trust, encourage growth, and help maintain a therapeutic and secure setting.

What You’ll Do
As an RSC III, you’ll carry out safety responsibilities across the site, including monitoring internal areas, supervising individuals served, and maintaining accountability at all times. You’ll act as a role model and mentor for other RSCs, offering guidance and support in daily responsibilities. In this role, you’ll engage directly with individuals served, participate in treatment planning, and implement individualized de-escalation strategies to foster stability. You’ll perform wellness checks, manage entry and exit points, support off-site activities such as medical visits or court appointments, and help address environmental safety concerns. When crises arise, you’ll respond as part of the treatment team—using verbal de-escalation to guide individuals through challenging moments while ensuring safety for all.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Experience: Two (2) years of experience in a hospital or secure mental health treatment facility (preferred)
  • Licensing/Certifications: Must meet minimum age requirements set by state or contract and hold a valid state driver’s license with a favorable driving record (required)

Why Join Us
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment, values resilience, and wants to grow into a leadership presence. You’ll gain valuable experience in safety, crisis response, and therapeutic support while mentoring others and helping individuals served progress in their treatment journeys. We provide the training, collaboration, and supportive environment you need to succeed.

Perks and Benefits

In addition to comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and 401k, we foster a work, life balance for team members and their family to support physical, mental, and financial wellbeing, including:

  • DailyPay
  • Tuition Assistance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) including free counseling and health coaching
  • Company paid life insurance

  • Wellness program featuring fitness memberships and product discounts
  • Pet insurance
  • Discount and reward programs for Theme Parks & Attractions, Hotels, Rental Cars, Water Parks, Virtual Events & Shows, Movie Tickets, Gift Cards, and more.

*Eligibility for perks and benefits varies based on employee type and length of service.

You Matter

From top to bottom, we are a company of caregivers. If there is one unifying characteristic of everyone at Recovery Solutions, it is the deep desire to make a difference by helping society’s most vulnerable and often overlooked individuals. Every day our team has the distinct honor and responsibility to show up with non-judgmental compassion to provide hope and healing to those who need it most.

For those of you whose calling it is to serve others, this is your moment. Your chance to join our family and be a part of our mission to care for those desperately in need, and to do your part to heal the world, one patient at a time.

We encourage you to apply! If you are excited about a role but your experience doesn’t seem to align perfectly with every element of the job description, we encourage you to apply. You may be just the right candidate for this, or one of our many other roles.
