This role is central to driving the performance, visibility, and profitability of a fast-growing multi-channel e-commerce business specializing in coffee equipment and accessories. You will own the end-to-end merchandising strategy across platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart, ensuring products are competitively positioned and consistently optimized for conversion and revenue growth. The position combines analytical decision-making with hands-on execution, requiring strong coordination across product listings, pricing, promotions, and catalog management. You will lead a small team and build scalable workflows that improve speed-to-market, quality standards, and marketplace performance. Operating in a highly dynamic environment, you will directly influence sales outcomes, brand consistency, and customer experience across global channels. - Continuously evaluate product competitiveness across marketplaces, analyzing pricing, shipping, promotions, and value positioning to ensure optimal conversion and margin protection.
- Own merchandising strategy across channels, making data-driven decisions on pricing, discounts, and promotional activities aligned with inventory and revenue goals.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans for listings, QA, parts, and content teams by creating structured tasks, tickets, and workflows.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Walmart), identifying gaps in revenue, conversion, visibility, and operational efficiency.
- Diagnose underperformance issues and implement corrective actions to improve sales and marketplace rankings.
- Review and approve new product onboarding, assessing demand, competition, profitability, and operational readiness.
- Lead and manage a team of 4–6 members, ensuring alignment, productivity, and execution quality across all merchandising activities.
- Develop scalable processes, quality standards, and performance metrics to optimize multi-channel operations.
- Strong experience managing multi-channel marketplaces including Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
- Expertise in pricing strategy, competitive analysis, catalog management, and product listing optimization.
- Strong understanding of promotions, discounting strategies, and marketplace performance drivers.
- Experience working with analytics, reporting tools, and performance tracking systems.
- Ability to manage workflows, ticketing systems, and cross-functional execution processes.
- Good knowledge of marketplace policies, compliance requirements, and quality assurance standards.
- Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven and problem-solving mindset.
- Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Experience in SEO and content optimization is a plus.
