Experience & Qualifications Needed:
At least 8years' experiencein Automotive Detailing & Reconditioning Strong hands-on knowledge of interior/exterior detailing, paint correction, and overall vehicle presentation standards.Ability to consistently inspect and ensure vehicles meet company or dealership quality standards before delivery.Experience managing a team, setting expectations, holding staff accountable, andmaintainingproductivity.Ability to prioritize jobs, manage turnaround times, and coordinate with service, sales, and vendors to keep inventory moving.Experience working with outside vendors (detailers, wheel repair, PDR, etc.) and managing scheduling, pickups, and drop-offsClear, professional communication with internal teams (Recon, Service, Sales) and the ability to address issues without escalation along with coordination of detail schedule.Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities:
Manage workflow, assign jobs, and ensure all vehicles are completed on time and ready for sale or delivery.Inspect completed vehicles and verify they meet company cleanliness and presentation standards before release.Communicate status updates, prioritize units, and align detailing work with overall dealership needsTrain, coach, and monitordetailteam members to ensure efficiency, consistency, and accountabilityWork with third-party vendors (wheel repair, PDR, etc.) to ensuretimelyservice and proper coordinationTrack andmaintaindetailing chemicals, tools, and equipment to avoid downtime or shortagesEnsure thedetailarea is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards and company policies.What We Offer:
