We are searching for a Sales Representative to join our growing organization.

As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Profitably sell JWC products and services: staff the showroom, meet and greet customers, demonstrate products, follow the JWC sales process, and act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Self-generate leads and opportunities by asking existing customers for referrals and making outbound calls.
- Conduct in-home sales presentations: make appointments, visit prospects, use demonstration kits and software, understand customer needs, and follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Make site visits to measure and assess installation requirements; gather, photograph, and document technical information; effectively communicate site needs to service and installation teams.
- Prepare proposals including price, terms of sale, and delivery dates; follow established pricing and profit margin guidelines; coordinate with service and installation teams.
- Maintain the CRM database with detailed notes, records, and up-to-date customer information.
- Become an expert in all JWC products, services, features, benefits, options, and pricing.
- Investigate and help resolve product claims and complaints in coordination with the Sales Manager.
- Answer phones, assist with service scheduling, and participate in home and remodeling shows as needed.
- Prepare and submit timely, accurate reports on open and closed quotes.
- Work safely and promote safe work practices at all times.

- Produce accurate, detail-oriented work and complete tasks in a timely fashion.
- Demonstrate strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Have exceptional customer focus, with the ability to work under pressure and meet customer needs proactively.
- Possess strong computer and technology skills.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
Compensation for this role starts at a base hourly wage of $25 plus commissions according to our commission guidelines. Actual base wages are determined by evaluating the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Earning potential based on sales performance ranges from $55,000 to $75,000.

Physical & Working Environment
This role requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, driving, and use of a computer. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds (product samples, demo kits, files, etc.) and is occasionally required to climb stairs and ladders. Work is performed in an office environment and at customer locations; noise levels vary. Occassional travel by car is required. Closed-toed shoes are required at all times; safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and other PPE may be required on job sites. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
