About the Role:
The 3rd Shift Palletizer plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe packaging of products during overnight operations. This position is responsible for organizing and stacking products onto pallets in a manner that maximizes space utilization and maintains product integrity. The role requires close attention to detail to verify product counts and quality before shipment. Working primarily during the overnight shift, the palletizer supports continuous production flow and helps meet shipping deadlines. Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to work overnight shifts consistently and reliably.
- Basic understanding of palletizing processes and safety protocols.
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, particularly in palletizing or packaging roles.
- Familiarity with operating automated palletizing equipment.
- Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
- Basic computer skills for logging production data.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts.
