Senior Accountant at KeyMark Inc – LIBERTY, South Carolina

KeyMark is seeking a Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations of the company. This position reports to the Accounting Manager and is a hybrid role (1-2 days in the office) based in our Liberty, SC office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly journal entries and supporting schedules as part of the monthly, quarterly and annual month-end close processes
• Maintain NetSuite general ledger and perform account reconciliations
• Process timely billing and review AR to ensure collections
• Ensure commissions are calculated accurately and paid timely each month
• Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards, including ASC 606
• Support integration of acquisitions into standard KeyMark accounting processes
• Identify process improvements and support operational efficiency

Qualification and Required Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting highly preferred
• 3+ years in a similar role where you have developed a solid understanding of month-end close processes and standard account reconciliations
• Experience with audits and compliance
• Advanced Excel and accounting system proficiency
• Familiarity with multi-entity accounting structures, including international subsidiaries

Other:

• Software/SaaS industry experience supporting revenue recognition
• NetSuite experience
• Experience integrating acquisitions
• Experience in accounting rules specific to a software reseller as well as a software OEM
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing
