We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dermatology Physician Assistant to join our newly remodeled Cambridge office full-time. Just a mile from Harvard University, our office’s prime location allows you to practice in a vibrant community in the heart of Greater Boston, with convenient access to countless local amenities. This is an opportunity to join a respected, established practice with a strong reputation and a loyal patient base. Our schedules are consistently full, supported by an extensive waitlist and longstanding referral relationships with Mount Auburn Hospital and local primary care providers. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality dermatologic care in a supportive setting alongside experienced dermatologists and skilled clinical staff, with direct physician mentorship and ongoing clinical support.

Responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive medical dermatology care
- Developing and implementing treatment plans
- Educating patients on treatment plans and preventative care
- Performing procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, ED&C, excisions, etc. (based on experience)
- Documenting encounters accurately and efficiently in the EMR
- Opportunity to incorporate cosmetic services based on interest and experience

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- NCCPA certified (PA-C)
- Active MA license, or eligibility
- 2-3 years experience working as a Physician Assistant
- Dermatology experience preferred
- Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
