  • Conduct value-based assessments, including cost estimation and process analysis, to build compelling proposals, scope of work documents, and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with sales teams to support pre-sales activities, identify technical blockers, and develop innovative approaches to accelerate deal progression.
  • Advise customers on best practices and solution adoption strategies, ensuring long-term value realization and strong client relationships.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales consulting, cost estimation, or process engineering within energy, chemicals, EPC, or related process industries.
  • Strong expertise in performance engineering and cost estimation tools, ideally including Aspen Capital Cost Estimation (ACCE), Aspen Plus, HYSYS, or related platforms.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience leveraging data-driven insights to support decision-making and solution design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead customer-facing discussions and influence technical and business audiences.
  • Understanding of engineering workflows, predictive analytics, or process optimization is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 35% to support client engagement and project execution.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior-level consulting expertise
  • Performance-based incentives tied to business impact and deal success
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • Flexible work arrangements with hybrid/remote options depending on role needs
  • Strong career development programs and continuous learning opportunities
  • Exposure to global clients and complex, high-impact engineering projects
  • Inclusive and collaborative work culture focused on innovation and growth
  • Travel opportunities to engage directly with industry-leading customers
