You will act as a trusted point of contact, providing tailored support and proactive communication across multiple channels. The position combines customer success, relationship management, and data-driven insights to enhance user engagement and activity. Working in a remote-first setting, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer journey. This is an evening-shift role suited for professionals who thrive in dynamic, customer-centric environments and enjoy building meaningful client connections.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of VIP clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction
- Monitor user activity and implement strategies to increase retention and reactivation of inactive clients
- Provide personalized support and recommendations based on customer behavior and preferences
- Handle inbound and outbound communications via email, messaging platforms, and phone calls
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with VIP users to enhance loyalty and lifetime value
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Address client concerns, objections, and issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience
- Ensure timely and professional communication aligned with service standards
- Previous experience in VIP account management, customer success, or within the iGaming/gambling industry
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to engage clients effectively through multiple communication channels
- Experience handling customer objections and delivering high-quality service under pressure
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a structured schedule
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer behavior and data
- High level of empathy, resilience, and customer-oriented thinking
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes
- Availability to work evening hours (18:00 – 02:00 Kyiv time, Monday to Friday)
- Nice to have: experience with Excel and CRM or platform tools such as SoftSwiss
