Position Summary

As an Audiology Intern, you'll work alongside our licensed audiologists and clinic team, supporting the day-to-day operations of our clinic. Reporting to the Site Manager, this is a unique opportunity to build foundational skills in patient care, healthcare administration, and audiology — all in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist with opening and closing clinic procedures and ensuring equipment is ready for patient care
• Support patient scheduling and help manage patient flow throughout the day
• Serve as a welcoming point of contact for patients, both in person and over the phone
• Assist with audiology testing and tele-health appointment coordination
• Learn and apply HIPAA compliance and infection control protocols
• Help maintain office supply inventory and assist with administrative tasks
• Participate in team meetings, daily huddles, and community outreach initiatives
• Assist with grassroots marketing activities and physician relationship building

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a healthcare, pre-med, audiology, communication sciences, or related program
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-first attitude
• Eagerness to learn and ability to take initiative in a busy clinic environment
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism
• Prior experience in a medical or customer-facing setting is a plus but not required
