Provides comprehensive psychiatric care to adult patients through assessment, diagnosis, and development and implementation of treatment plans. Collects and synthesizes patient history and clinical data to guide care decisions, delivers education and interventions to patients and families, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support improved mental health outcomes. Provides brief assessments and ongoing management of behavioral health conditions, including co-occurring disorders, while ensuring accurate documentation in the electronic medical record. Participates in care coordination, consultation with providers, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care, outcomes, and workflows.

We are committed to providing wage information for all open positions. This position offers a $362,000 (base guarantee), with productivity opportunity above the base and quality incentive pay determined annually. Compensation is structured using a team-based RVU model, with productivity pooled and distributed equitably based on FTE. Providers benefit from consistent earnings, with historical compensation at or above guaranteed levels.
