Location: [Gaithersburg, Greenbelt, or Frederik, MD] • Full-Time
We are a growing, multi-state law firm looking for an Estate Planning Attorney to join our team. This role handles client consultations, drafts core estate planning documents, and assists with probate/trust administration as needed. Ideal for an attorney who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct estate planning consultations and advise clients.
• Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Support probate and trust administration matters.
• Work collaboratively with paralegals and staff to manage caseload efficiently.
• Maintain accurate files and provide timely communication to clients.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active license in at least MD.
• Estate planning experience preferred (3–5+ years).
• Strong communication and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines.
