This is a senior, high-impact analytics leadership role responsible for defining and scaling the corporate metrics framework that drives strategic decision-making across the organization. You will lead the end-to-end development of key performance indicators, with a strong focus on Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and other critical SaaS metrics. Acting as both a strategic partner and hands-on leader, you will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, and HR to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights. The role combines technical depth in analytics with executive-level influence, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and usability across the enterprise. You will also lead a high-performing team, shaping the vision for data reporting and analytics capabilities. This is a highly visible position where your work will directly influence business strategy, performance tracking, and organizational growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and lead the data analytics strategy and roadmap for corporate metrics, with a primary focus on ARR and SaaS financial KPIs.
  • Own the end-to-end design, development, and governance of key business metrics including ARR, CAC, and other performance indicators.
  • Build, scale, and maintain robust data assets, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, and HR to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.
  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives such as CRM and Quote-to-Cash transformations by defining reporting and data requirements.
  • Champion data quality, governance, and integrity in collaboration with data governance and engineering teams.
  • Drive adoption of analytics tools and insights across the organization through clear communication and change management initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data product roles, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and developing data or analytics teams.
  • Strong expertise in SaaS metrics, particularly Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), CAC, and related financial performance indicators.
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong experience working with large datasets and data warehousing environments.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau and enterprise reporting systems.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, especially Salesforce, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, engineering concepts, and analytics best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation ranging from $186,900 to $478,800 total target compensation depending on location and experience.
  • Performance-based bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting from day one.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Unlimited paid time off plus paid holidays and additional global wellness days.
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs.
  • Mental health support, wellness resources, and employee assistance programs.
  • Access to learning platforms, mentoring programs, and professional development opportunities.
  • Flexible remote work environment within the United States.
  • Additional perks including wellness subsidies, legal support, and identity protection services.
