Location: Clear Lake, IA (Onsite – Innovation Center)
PNI, part of Pritchard Companies, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day, front‑of‑house management of a property portfolio located across North Iowa. The portfolio is primarily commercial, with a small number of residential properties.
This is an individual‑contributor role focused on tenant coordination, property presentation, pricing support, and operational oversight. The position does not perform cleaning, repairs, or maintenance work directly, but instead coordinates those activities with vendors and internal partners.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants across approximately a dozen properties
- Manage tenant communications, renewals, and general coordination
- Support property pricing reviews and market positioning
- Coordinate property listings, photos, and presentation materials
- Coordinate vendors for maintenance and service work (no hands‑on repair)
- Track service requests, schedules, and completion status
- Maintain accurate property, tenant, and lease documentation
- Utilize existing tools (such as Monday.com) to track work and communication
- Identify and recommend improvements to organization, tracking, and property processes
- Experience in commercial property management, property administration, or operations roles
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities independently
- Comfort operating without formal property‑management software
- Professional, tenant‑facing presence and strong follow‑through
This is a fully onsite role based at the Innovation Center in Clear Lake, IA, supporting properties throughout North Iowa.
