The Opportunity: You will serve as a master craftsman, transforming raw materials into the critical components that power complex commercial HVAC systems. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Fabricate high-quality sheet metal components using shears, brakes, rollers, and specialized forming equipment.

• Interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics to ensure every piece meets exact project specifications.

• Operate CNC and manual machinery, including punch presses and lasers, to maintain high production standards.

• Execute precise MIG, TIG, and stick welding to assemble durable sub-assemblies and final products.

• Verify tolerances using precision instruments like calipers and micrometers to guarantee a perfect fit and finish.

• Maintain a safe and organized shop environment by adhering to strict OSHA standards and PPE protocols.

• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to troubleshoot fabrication issues and improve shop efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in sheet metal fabrication.

• Proven proficiency operating shop equipment including shears, brakes, and welding tools.

• Demonstrated ability to accurately read and interpret detailed blueprints and technical drawings.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods in a mechanical shop environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Completion of a formal vocational training program or sheet metal apprenticeship.

• Advanced knowledge of HVAC-specific fabrication and specialized mechanical systems.

• Previous experience in a mentorship role or training junior fabricators on shop safety and technique.
