TRU invites applications for a Power Engineering Instructor. The successful candidate will instruct 4th and 3rd Class Power Engineering Program classes to the Provincial curriculum and supervise students in the lab/shop.

The successful candidate will be required to develop curriculum and training materials for the classroom and lab/shop

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3rd Class Power Engineering Certification
  • Minimum 5 years' post certification experience
  • Proficiency in computer skills.

ASSETS:

  • 1st or 2nd class certification
  • Provincial Instructor's Diploma Certification or equivalent
  • Previous teaching experience
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Wide variety of hands on work experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Ability to work as a team member
Pay Band$2,575.50 - $2,575.50 ( Sessional Faculty - Academic (per credit) )Location:Kamloops, BC CA (Primary)
