EPIC Health is seeking a high-impact Healthcare Practice Manager to lead and elevate the day-to-day operations of one of our primary care clinics. As a key site leader, you will own clinic performance across people, operations, patient experience, and financial outcomes—while partnering closely with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and support enterprise growth initiatives.
This is not a maintenance role. It is a build, optimize, and lead role for someone ready to take full accountability for a high-performing clinical operation.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Talent DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative teams with a strong focus on performance, accountability, and professional growth.
Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and retention strategies to build a best-in-class clinic team.
Conduct performance evaluations, coach high-potential team members, and implement development plans aligned with future leadership needs.
Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Own daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflows, strong patient flow, and reliable execution.
Optimize staffing models, schedules, and coverage to balance access, quality, and productivity.
Identify operational gaps and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Ensure full compliance with all healthcare regulations, internal policies, and quality standards.
Serve as the escalation point for complex patient concerns, ensuring timely, empathetic, and effective resolution.
Champion a patient-first culture focused on consistency, communication, and service excellence.
Partner with clinical teams to continuously improve the end-to-end patient journey.
Own clinic-level financial performance, including expense control, revenue integrity, and operational efficiency.
Analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable improvement plans.
Drive accountability for meeting operational, financial, and quality targets.
Support budgeting, banking, and financial controls in partnership with leadership.
Support clinic growth initiatives through capacity planning, access optimization, and workflow redesign.
Partner with vendors, external partners, and internal stakeholders to enhance clinic capabilities.
Serve as a trusted operational partner to senior leadership on pilots, special projects, and expansion initiatives.
Ensure the clinic environment is safe, compliant, well-maintained, and operationally sound.
Oversee inventory, equipment functionality, and vendor coordination.
Maintain adherence to all regulatory, safety, and risk management requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or related field required.
Master’s degree (MHA, MBA, MSN, or similar) strongly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and safety protocols.
3–5+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, clinical management, or medical practice administration.
Demonstrated success leading teams, managing performance, and driving operational improvements.
Experience overseeing patient flow, staffing models, and day-to-day clinic execution.
Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis.
Experience supporting growth initiatives or scaling operations is a strong plus.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence, coach, and hold teams accountable.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate patient concerns professionally and empathetically.
Proficiency with healthcare systems and data (Athena experience strongly preferred).
Clear, confident communicator across clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
Ownership mindset with a bias toward action and results.
