Position Overview
As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and early learning experiences for our youngest learners. You will help create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment that supports each child’s growth and development.

Responsibilities
Provide attentive, loving care to infants in a safe and nurturing environment
Implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom
Follow all DCFS licensing standards and center policies
Communicate effectively with families regarding their child’s development and daily activities
Supervise and support assistant teachers in the classroom
Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed

Qualifications
Must meet DCFS Lead Teacher qualifications
Previous experience working in an infant classroom preferred
Strong understanding of infant development and care
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, professional, and caring demeanor
