Middle School Girls Volleyball Assistant Coach at Lincoln Leadership Academy Charter School – Allentown, Pennsylvania

Lincoln Leadership Academy Charter School is seeking a dedicated and supportive individual to serve as the Assistant Coach for our Girls Volleyball program. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the head coach to contribute to the overall success of the team. Must be able to obtain all necessary background checks, including FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse History Clearance, and a physical examination.

Key Responsibilities:

Support:
-Assist the head coach in implementing effective practices and game strategies.
-Provide support during games and practices as directed by the head coach.

Skill Development:
-Work collaboratively with the head coach to enhance players' skills through drills and exercises.
-Provide additional coaching and guidance to players as needed.

Player Motivation:
-Motivate and inspire players to excel in their performance and teamwork.

Communication:
-Communicate effectively with players, parents, school staff, and the athletics department.

Qualifications:
-Previous coaching experience in boys' volleyball is preferred.
-Knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and skill development.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Positive attitude and commitment to the holistic development of student-athletes.
