Urban Smiles Victoria is looking for a passionate, hard-working Certified Dental Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis!
We’re seeking someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional chairside support, and ensures every treatment room is prepared for each patient. Our ideal CDA is detail-oriented, dependable, and genuinely committed to creating a positive patient experience.
We are a boutique-style clinic located in the heart of downtown Victoria, with three restorative operatories and three hygiene operatories. We offer a wide range of dental services and are proud to have a strong, loyal patient base and a long-standing, supportive team.

SCHEDULE:
- Monday-Friday
- 7:45am-4:15pm
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Completion of a Certified Dental Assisting Certificate
- Registered or in process of registering with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (we are also open to those licensed in other Canadian provinces)
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Completion of ortho module considered an asset
- New graduates welcome!
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
