About Keebler Health

Keebler Health is building the operating system for value-based care. Our mission is to help risk-bearing healthcare organizations thrive in value-based arrangements by unlocking the full power of their data. We empower leading primary care groups, ACOs, and health plans to act on real-time insights that improve outcomes, reduce costs, and fuel sustainable growth.

We're a fast-moving, high-performing team, and we’re looking for people who share our bias toward speed, urgency, and excellence. As a member of the team, you won’t just write code or stay in your lane—you’ll shape critical systems, innovate quickly, and set a high bar for a product that supports the future of U.S. healthcare.

Overview

We are seeking a highly driven, entrepreneurial individual to own the successful delivery, adoption, and ongoing success of our healthcare AI solutions across strategic customer accounts.

At Keebler Health, we are building AI that fits into the real-world complexity of healthcare—supporting clinicians, improving operations, and ultimately driving better patient outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of implementation, customer strategy, and long-term relationship leadership, ensuring our technology delivers meaningful impact where it matters most.

You will serve as the primary point of accountability from post-sales handoff through the full customer lifecycle—owning not just delivery, but the success and evolution of each customer partnership. This role will report directly to the Director of Implementation.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Account Ownership
  • Own a variety of strategic customer accounts from post-sales handoff through ongoing engagement
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for customer needs
  • Develop account-level strategies aligned to customer goals and organizational priorities
Implementation & Delivery Management
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Keebler Health AI solutions in complex environments
  • Translate customer requirements into clear execution plans and drive delivery against milestones
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, product, engineering, clinical) to ensure successful implementation and ongoing delivery of requirements
  • Ensure implementations meet quality, timeline, and regulatory expectations
  • Coordinate continuous improvement in how solutions are deployed and supported over time
  • Own the full customer journey, including onboarding, adoption, optimization
  • Monitor account health and proactively identify risks, gaps, or opportunities
Value Realization & Outcomes
  • Define, track, and communicate success metrics tied to clinical, operational, and financial outcomes
  • Ensure customers achieve meaningful ROI and sustained value from AI solutions
  • Drive adoption across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Identify and support opportunities for expansion and deeper impact
  • Contribute to playbooks, tools, and best practices that enable repeatable success
Qualifications
  • 6–10+ years of experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, or healthcare operations
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments, with comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and long-term engagements
  • Experience leading implementations or deployments of software solutions
  • Strong ability to navigate technical, clinical, and business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare workflows, data, or AI-driven products preferred
What Success Looks Like
  • Customers successfully deploy and adopt solutions with strong trust and engagement
  • Clear, measurable outcomes and value realization across accounts
  • High retention and expansion within strategic accounts
  • Contribution to our scalable processes and playbooks and begin to take shape
When Applying

In addition to your resume, when hiring, also include:

  • A highly personalized, bold, and hilarious “Keebler Health–style” introduction that grabs attention - outgoing, fun, and uniquely you (not uniquely ChatGPT). Think: confident, high-energy, slightly irreverent (but still professional), with a smart nod to healthcare, value-based care, and the fact that we’re building something real.

Either apply here, or email careers@keebler.health with the role you’re applying for, your resume, Keebler Health-style introduction, and a link to your LinkedIn.

What we Offer
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment.
  • Significant ownership and influence over product and technical direction.
  • Professional growth and learning opportunities in healthcare and distributed systems.
  • Collaborative, supportive team culture.
  • Chance to make a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.
