This is a client-facing implementation role focused on delivering enterprise software solutions that support complex operational needs across the process manufacturing industry. You will lead end-to-end implementation projects, guiding customers through deployment, configuration, and adoption of ERP and related systems. The role combines project management, business analysis, and technical delivery expertise to ensure successful outcomes across diverse industries. You will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. The position requires strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. • Lead and manage end-to-end software implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee resource allocation, task coordination, and project execution to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while developing contingency plans to address potential delivery challenges.
• Monitor project progress, adjust schedules as needed, and ensure alignment with delivery goals and customer expectations.
• Conduct executive-level status meetings and provide clear updates to key stakeholders.
• Manage client inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution related to implementation and deployment.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business requirements.
• Stay current on ERP systems, implementation methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Support continuous improvement in delivery processes and client onboarding experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in ERP software implementation, delivery, or similar enterprise systems roles.
• Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycle and project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to issue resolution.
• Proven project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of proficiency with business tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ability to work directly with customers in a consultative and solution-oriented manner.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% annually.
