We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student housing, Leasing Agent to join our team in Gainesville, FL . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective tenants. This role requires strong sales skills and a thorough understanding of property management practices.

Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.

Assist applicants with the leasing process, including completing applications and gathering necessary documentation.
Maintain accurate records of tenant files, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
