Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the warehouse through the safe handling, storage, and movement of materials. This role ensures the accurate receipt, organization, and shipment of products while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting shipments, managing inventory, picking and packing orders, and loading and unloading goods. The associate will routinely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity.This position may also involve limited customer interaction, including assisting with inquiries, handling returns, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, and store materials using proper handling procedures
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records
- Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory control processes
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Support warehouse operations and collaborate with team members
- Assist with customer inquiries, returns, and basic service needs as required

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety and quality standards
