This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Microsoft infrastructure professional to manage and optimize enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments in a dynamic and collaborative setting. The role focuses on ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of cloud-based messaging, identity, and access management systems. - Administer, maintain, and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, and Azure Active Directory environments.
- Manage Exchange Online services such as mailboxes, groups, mail flow rules, security policies, and overall email system performance.
- Implement and maintain email authentication, threat protection, and security controls using Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Exchange Online Protection.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex messaging, identity, authentication, and cloud infrastructure issues across hybrid environments.
- Oversee identity lifecycle management processes, including user provisioning, access governance, MFA, RBAC, PIM, and conditional access policies.
- Support secure hybrid identity solutions and authentication technologies including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and related standards.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to strengthen compliance, security posture, and operational efficiency across cloud environments.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and ensure adherence to organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop automation scripts and administrative tools using PowerShell to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
- Lead and contribute to infrastructure projects related to cloud migration, messaging systems, identity management, and Microsoft 365 enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance, support, and training to IT teams and end-users while maintaining accurate technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 6+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, Teams, Intune, and identity management solutions.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Exchange Online administration, cloud identity management, and hybrid Microsoft environments.
- Hands-on experience implementing security controls, compliance policies, MFA, conditional access, RBAC, and privileged identity management.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, administration, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Strong understanding of authentication and identity federation technologies such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, JSON, SPML, SCIM, and XACML.
- Experience supporting cloud migrations, particularly Exchange on-premises to Exchange Online transition projects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft security and compliance tools, including Defender for Office 365 and Exchange Online Protection.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-220, MS-100, MS-500, AZ-140, MD-101, or related credentials will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of IT security standards, compliance frameworks, and enterprise infrastructure best practices is preferred.
