Guest Experience Associate (Kids Area at CCC) at Christ Community Chapel – Hudson, Ohio

The Guest Experience Associate will primarily be responsible for welcoming and engaging new families in the Kids area at Christ Community Chapel (CCC), ensuring their experience is seamless and exceptional. This is a part-time position and reports to the Guest Experience Director.

Responsibilities:

• Greet new families warmly as they arrive in the Kids area.
• Assist with check-in processes, ensuring first-time families feel confident and informed.
• Provide tours of the Kids area, explaining the safety procedures, curriculum, and activities.
• Answer any questions and address concerns from parents or guardians.
• Work collaboratively with Kids Ministry volunteers and staff to ensure a positive experience.
• Collect and record visitor information for follow-up communication.
• Facilitate smooth transitions for children entering their classrooms or activities.
• Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to ensure that parents/guardians experience a smooth transition to weekend worship services.
• Implement new guest experience initiatives in the Kids area.
• Full understanding of systems and responsibilities of the Guest Experience team along with policies related to the protection and safety of kids.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Be in a dynamic and growing relationship with Jesus.
• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of experience, preferably within hospitality in a large church setting.
• High-level networking and relational strengths with kids and adults.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Strong work ethic, self-starter, demonstrating initiative and ownership of results.
• Experienced in working in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability and commitment to work collaboratively with other leaders & staff.
• Committed to the mission and vision of CCC.
