About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager for the overall management, coordination and work performance under the Military Personnel Services at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing staff to the satisfaction of our client. You will be the main point of contact for our client, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns they may have. Your ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals will be crucial to the success of this role. Overall, your contribution will be instrumental in achieving our company's goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of management and supervisory experience
• 2 Years of Law enforcement
• 5 Years of experience as an Alarm Monitor/Emergency Dispatcher
• Authorized to use NCIC, RILETS, NLETS, And CPIC
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Secret Clearance

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Oversee and manage staff
