Kustom US, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Mitigation Project Director in Alpharetta, GA.

The Project Manager’s roll with the Commercial Division provides support to the divisional manager and project leadership on projects across the United States. This position requires the ability to travel for extended periods of time. The Project Manager meets with customers and insurance adjusters, estimating jobs, managing production crews, subcontractors, budgets, scheduling, and communicating with contract coordinators throughout the mitigation / construction of assigned projects. The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the customers’ overall satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Write a thorough estimate / scope of work for repairs.
  • Manage projects on a commercial level to ensure that production of business partners’ product is produced in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Manage budgets and controls expenses effectively.
  • Meet with building managers / maintenance staff to perform detailed inspections of property and to secure building historical plans and data.
  • Work closely with Management to review project details and complete the project on time and within budget.
  • Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters and office staff throughout the mitigation / construction process.
  • Participate in bi-weekly WIP reviews with contract coordinator.
  • Completes all paperwork and provides job updates into database.
  • Establish relationships with insurance personnel to acquire future job referrals.
  • Ability to supervise and interact effectively with customers, vendors and employees at all levels of the organization.

What you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in construction and / or restoration supervision.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Leadership capabilities to facilitate company teamwork to achieve business goals.
  • Strong business development networks within various restoration organizations.
  • In depth knowledge and proficiency using Xactimate to estimate mitigation or reconstruction projects.
  • IICRC WRT, FSRT Certifications or hands-on restoration experience preferred.
  • Xactimate Level 1 or willingness to obtain.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, MS Project, Xactimate, Windows and/or OSX.
  • Ability to read and comprehend work orders, safety programs, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to lift 50 LBS and occasionally climb ladders, stoop, bend, kneel, and work in extreme hot, cold and humid conditions.
  • Participate in an on-call schedule for after-hours service calls
  • Clean driving record and background check.
