Photo Studio Coordinator at Luxury Brand Holdings – Cranston, Rhode Island

America’s Favorite Jeweler, Ross-Simons, a division of Luxury Brand Holdings, is seeking a Photo Studio Coordinator based in our Cranston, RI office. The Photo Studio Coordinator is the liaison between Creative, Merchandising and the Photo Studio. This individual is the lead coordinator for trafficking and preparing fine jewelry for our photo shoots. The Photo Studio Coordinator is the heartbeat of the studio, ensuring that thousands of pieces of gold, silver and gemstones products are photographed annually for catalog and web photographer, video production and live model shoots.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the flow of merchandise in and out of the studio daily
• Organize, prep and deliver all jewelry for multiple project types and advertising formats
• Create and maintain photo worklists to ensure production targets are met
• Maintain an organized flow of products and resources in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Work cross functionally with merchandising, creative, gemology, photography and distribution teams to ensure inventory accuracy and timely availability of jewelry samples
• Maintain and order office and studio supplies
• Work with studio team to assist in various, ad hoc projects

Experience and Required Qualifications

• Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills required
• Strong attention to detail skills required
• Strong communication (written & verbal)
• Systems and Computer savvy (MS Office, Outlook and Excel)
