Job Description

Overview:

TSI Touch is an Employee-Owned provider of touch screen and protective solutions for all-sized commercial monitors and video walls. We combine commercial-grade monitors with touch screens or protective components to produce custom solutions. This is a full-time, remote position.

This position reports to the Director of US Western Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build enduring customer relationships.
  • Maintain trusted relationships with customers.
  • Understand the customers' business.
  • Create a feedback loop from customers.
  • Foster urgency around all customer issue resolution.
  • Be the customer advocate as appropriate.
  • Retain customer base.
  • Assist the Director of Western US Sales with sales activities.
  • Become a touch screen and TSI Touch touch solutions subject matter expert.
  • Understand competitors' products and expand industry knowledge.
  • Teamwork.
  • Travel is required.
  • Become proficient in TSI processes and systems. (NetSuite)
  • Other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience in Business.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills along with the desire to provide the highest level of support to all stakeholders.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.

Ideal Candidate

  • Ideal candidate will reside in the Western United States and will be required to travel to customer sites and meetings in the western United States. Travel to company headquarters once per quarter.
  • Excellent time management and punctuality; Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively.
  • Ability to respond to customer queries via chat, email, or phone.
