With our Waterproofing Division rapidly growing, we're on the lookout for an experienced and driven Waterproofing Superintendent to join our team and play a key role in safeguarding buildings from water and moisture damage.

• Lead with Excellence: Supervise and inspire a team of waterproofing technicians and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results.
• Drive Project Success: Collaborate with clients and project managers to create detailed plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project goals.
• Source Top Materials: Procure high-quality waterproofing materials and work with suppliers to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Ensure Quality and Safety: Conduct inspections, maintain rigorous quality control measures, and foster a safe work environment.
• Keep Stakeholders Updated: Communicate effectively to provide updates and address challenges swiftly.
• Track and Document Progress: Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and final assessments to ensure project transparency and continuous improvement.

• Experience: 5+ years in waterproofing or construction with a proven record of successful projects.
• Expertise: Knowledge of waterproofing techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage teams and communicate proactively.
• Technical Know-How: Ability to read construction drawings, use project management tools, and work efficiently with Microsoft Office.
• Certifications: OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days).
• Driver’s License: Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
