Job Description

As an Associate Management Consultant, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing strategic initiatives for our clients. This role is all about partnership—working alongside client teams to cultivate cultures, design systems, and develop processes and tools that embody agile principles.
- Consulting Toolkit Development - Sharpen your consulting skills by creating engaging presentations, conducting strategic analyses, and applying structured thinking to manage work modules effectively
- Client Interaction - Build and maintain strong client relationships through a deep understanding of their needs, delivering impactful solutions, and presenting insights and recommendations
- Team Collaboration - Play a proactive role in team success by organising work, facilitating effective meetings, embracing new challenges, and fostering a supportive and knowledge-sharing environment
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with solid speaking and writing skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any academic discipline
- 2+ years experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time for client engagements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- A consulting mindset characterised by structured thinking and a relentless drive for impact
- Proficiency in proposal writing, report creation, and client presentation development are highly regarded
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of leading teams, training sessions, and offering coaching
- A growth mindset, eagerness for learning
- Flexibility and willingness to work in diverse environments and with various teams
- A strong drive for meaningful change and adaptability
