Role Overview:
We're looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, skilled in crafting beverages, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You'll interact directly with guests, prepare drinks with precision, and help maintain the welcoming and dynamic atmosphere Dudley's is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Experience:
  • Provide friendly, attentive service to guests at the bar and lounge.
  • Take orders, recommend menu items, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Communicate dietary restrictions or allergies to the kitchen team accurately.
• Beverage Service:
  • Prepare and serve all beverages according to company standards and state regulations.
  • Stay knowledgeable about Dudley's drink menu, including specials and seasonal offerings.
  • Process orders in the POS system and handle payments efficiently.
• Bar Maintenance:
  • Ensure the bar and surrounding areas are clean, stocked, and organized at all times.
  • Set up and break down bar stations for service, including restocking supplies and performing side work.
  • Report any equipment issues or damage to management promptly.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to provide seamless service.
  • Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and ongoing training sessions.
  • Support fellow team members and foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Compliance:
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines, including Department of Health sanitation standards.
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in compliance with state laws and alcohol awareness training.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or bar.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards.
• Food Handling Certificate and Alcohol Awareness Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and passion for hospitality.
