About This Position

Job Overview:

The Agent Liaison is responsible for supporting the company's telecommunications agents by providing training, support, and assistance. This role involves collaborating with agents to resolve issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams to address agent needs, and promoting the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide training and support to agents on the company's products and services, sales processes, and policies.
  2. Address agent inquiries and issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and technical support.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of agent interactions and communications.
  4. Coordinate with the company's sales team to promote and market products and services to agents.
  5. Monitor agent performance metrics and provide feedback to help agents achieve their goals.
  6. Assist with onboarding new agents by providing training and support during the onboarding process.
  7. Collaborate with the company's marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives targeting agents.
  8. Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services to agents.
  9. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to improve the agent experience.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  2. 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  6. Knowledge of telecommunications products and services, sales processes, and policies.
