Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance operations within our facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance. Ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively manage a team while maintaining high safety and efficiency standards.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime.
• Provide mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex machinery problems, ensuring timely resolution to minimize operational disruptions.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff on best practices in industrial maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, and mechanical principles and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to identifying solutions.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective team leadership.
• Ability to maintain a safe working environment while adhering to industry standards.
• Preventive Maintenance and Troubleshooting.
• Previous experience managing a team is preferred.
