Mortgage Loan Closer - Louisville, KY

Liberty Federal Credit Union is currently seeking experienced applicants to fill a Mortgage Loan Closer position. This position will be based out of the Hurstbourne office located at 1200 Forest Bridge Rd., Louisville, KY 40223. If interested, please proceed by clicking Apply.

• Review approved mortgage loans to determine conditions needed prior to closing
• Verify accuracy and consistency of specifications on documents (title, insurance, tax forms, etc.)
• Assemble documents for delivery to the title company, broker or lending officer for closing
• Prepare closing packages/documents/disclosures
• Ensure mortgage as a whole, meets all mortgage compliance regulations
• Other duties as assigned by the Mortgage Closing Manager or management

• Ability to multitask
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Clear and effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to develop a working knowledge of the Loan Origination System and other computer software systems

• At least 2+ years experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in mortgage closing
