Our managers oversee daily operations including food service, staff management, and inventory control ensuring adherence to brand standards and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage all kitchen and dining room functions, including opening/closing procedures, to meet quality and service standards.
• Staff Development: Hire, train, mentor, and schedule team members to build a productive, positive working environment.
• Customer Experience: Actively ensure high-quality, friendly service, handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly (service recovery).
• Financial & Inventory Control: Manage COGS (cost of goods sold) and labor costs, conduct inventory counts, order products, and ensure accurate cash management.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Marketing: Implement local, regional, and national marketing promotions to increase sales.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1–3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership, preferably in quick service.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Attributes: Energetic, accountable, and willingness to learn.

Working Conditions

• Environment: Fast-paced, requiring work in varied temperature ranges (kitchen and freezer).
• Schedule: Often requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
