Join our Procurement team to help optimize our software landscape. Working alongside senior procurement leads and IT stakeholders, you will help rationalize application portfolios, engage with software vendors, and track contractual synergies.

This apprenticeship is starting at the beginning of 2027.

Key Responsibilities

Support Application Mapping & Renewal Planning:
- Assist in auditing existing software stacks to spot duplicate tools, redundancies, and integration opportunities.
- Work closely with internal IT and business teams to prepare renewal schedules and contract rationalization roadmaps.
Vendor Engagement & Sourcing Support:
- Participate in commercial negotiations and contract renewals with SaaS and software providers under the guidance of senior team members.
- Review contract terms, benchmark market pricing, and assist in evaluating vendor proposals.
Synergy Tracking & Reporting:
- Track cost optimization metrics, contractual milestones, and post-integration synergy targets.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for key stakeholders to maintain clear visibility on project milestones.

Qualifications & Profile

Education: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4 / Bac+5) in Purchasing, Procurement, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or IT Management.
Foundational Knowledge: An initial grasp of SaaS commercial models, licensing metrics, and standard contractual clauses (or a strong appetite to learn them).
Interpersonal & Analytical Skills: Clear communication, analytical rigor with tools like Excel/Slides, and an interest in commercial negotiations.
Mindset: Proactive, structured, and comfortable working autonomously
Languages: Professional working proficiency in English
